UVT-200 Pile Compression System Features

1. High pile jacking force (more then 200 ton-force (2000 kN)
   
2. The big side gripping area (4 grips each 1300 mm hight) provides the gripping reliability and integrity of jacked piles even if there are deviations of the geometrical parameters of piles.
   
3. The grip design provides the constant piles centering and allows its delivering not only vertically but with some deviations from vertical state. It makes possible to use the cranes with the minimal boom's length. Length of sinking elements is unlimited.
   
4. The possibility of high indentation and extraction force generation (more than 200 tons-force) allows:
   
   
   1. sinking the piles much lower than the daylight surface. It makes possible to work from the daylight surface of the future pit. It is very important for those sites where the underground water is near the surface or the buildings nearby are dilapidated;
   2. making the injection (aperture or concrete injection) and built-in-place (with casting pipe) piles both of the round and square section, making the wall in the soil.
   
   
5. UVT-200 adjustment system provides the sinking elements verticality in case of the site unevenness.
   
6. UVT-200 can be used for free-standing piles bearing capacity static testing with the loading of more than 200 tons. It is not necessary to make the anchor piles as in the case of beam system.
   
7. Direct digital indication allows controlling the sinking/extraction force during the process of sinking/extraction of indenting. It allows making the decision about the bearing capacity of each pile.
   
8. Ease relocation: UVT-200 is transported in an assembled state on the semi-trailer, the rail track is transported in an assembled state on the standard semi-trailers, the caterpillar track can be disassembled easily.
   
9. The low pressure in the hydrosystem (1kg/dm2 creates an effort having the force of 1 ton)
   
10. All the hydraulics apparatuses are of the Russian serial production.
    
11. UVT-200 is supplied with the oil heating/cooling automatic system.
